Learn to Skate – Ages 3+

All classes take place at the Apex Center Ice Arena

Our group instruction program was designed by the United States Figure Skating Association and is used by ice arenas throughout the country. It teaches children and adults correct technique in the basic elements, enabling students to enjoy skating as a lifetime sport or move competently into USFSA advanced testing and/or competing. Ages 6 and older complete Basic 1 through 8 and then Freestyle 1 through 6. Snowplow Sam classes are offered for children ages 4-5. Hockey classes are offered for skaters who have completed Basic 1 and Basic 2 (ages 6 and older) or all three Snowplow Sam classes for ages 4 and 5.
