Discover Indian Cooking with Akila

Learn to make authentic chicken korma. Join Akila in learning these restaurant-worthy dishes from scratch. This class is a demonstration and partly hands on. Participants will enjoy the entire meal after class. Bhajji: vegetable slices dipped in mildly spiced chickpea batter and deep fried. Roti: flat bread made using whole wheat flour. Chicken korma: chicken breast pieces cooked in a delicious, creamy coconut-cashew paste. Kheer: rice or vermicelli simmered in milk. Cashews and raisins roasted in ghee will be garnished.
