UPDATE: June 4, 11:00 a.m.
After learning what the new guidelines that Governor Polis and the Jefferson County Public Health Department released this week, we are able to offer field permitting to user groups for up to 25 people per field.
For current permit holders, you are now allowed to increase your capacity to 25 per field starting June 4.
New field permits will be available starting June 8 by contacting Whitney at WhitneyW@ApexPRD.org. All permitted user groups will need to complete a field request form below, supply a copy of your group insurance, and sign a waiver of liability. User groups must keep an updated roster or record of players attending fields, in case of later disease outbreak investigations become necessary.
Please remember to follow proper health guidelines including social distancing and to remain six feet apart, wear masks to and from the fields, limit spectators, and reduce sharing any equipment.
Tournament Update: At this time, sports tournaments are not permitted, Apex will continue to post on a rolling calendar basis, should this order be rescinded or changed.
Per Public Health Order 20-28, Section J, page 5:
“..the following activities are not authorized to occur; Adult and Youth Sports Tournament that attract crowds or travelers.”
