Racquetball and Fitness Center Group Fitness Classes
Held at 12120 W. 64th Ave., just east of the King Soopers, behind Midas Muffler.
Senior Weight Training
Meets Tuesday/Thursday. Starts with a light aerobic workout followed by weights, bands, balls and mat work. Individual time spent in the weight rooms the last half hour of class
Drop-in Yoga
New in January! Yoga Stretch, taught by Cris Duncan. Meets Fridays, 8:30-9:30 am.
