Pilates Reformer

Register for Monthly Pilates Sessions

Our Pilates Studio

We have a fully equipped group Pilates studio with six reformers, towers, chairs, and small props.

Group Classes

Group classes are session-based and offered on a month-to-month basis. The new session starts on the first day of each month and ends on the last day. Participants register for the whole month and attend the same class with the same instructor at the same time each week. Registration for the following month opens every third Wednesday at 8 am. We do not offer make-up sessions or prorations for classes. For those who are looking to participate in our classes with more flexible scheduling, register for our single Pilates classes.

Pilates Equipment Introductory

An introductory Pilates equipment class designed for beginners. Classes are in a non-intimidating environment. Your instructor will take you through foundational exercises that introduce you to Pilates principles while teaching you the safety of the equipment.

Pilates Equipment Beginner/Intermediate

This popular and fun conditioning program utilizes spring-loaded equipment to provide resistance. Pilates develops muscle strength and flexibility in the entire body, focusing on balance, stability, and posture. This beginner/intermediate class moves at a moderate pace and is appropriate for all levels. Pilates equipment classes include reformer, tower, chair, and various small props. If you are new to Pilates equipment, a private lesson must be purchased separately. Completion of our Pilates Equipment Introductory classes will also prepare you for this class.

Pilates Equipment Intermediate/Advanced

This Pilates class moves quickly while focusing on proper body awareness and focus. Class incorporates standing equipment exercises to challenge balance. Pilates equipment classes utilize the reformer, tower, chair, and various small props. One year of Pilates reformer experience is strongly recommended.

Single Classes

Search and Register for Pilates Single Classes
This is a single Pilates equipment class. Prior Pilates Equipment experience and a private lesson are required to participate. Must show the instructor a copy of the receipt when attending the class. On the first day of each session, we close registration for that class, and any open roster spots are sold as single classes for the rest of the monthly session. Available single classes for the monthly session will not open until after the first session of your desired class, i.e., if your desired single class is on a Wednesday, availability will post on the first Wednesday of the month, the first date the session starts.

Getting Involved in Our Program

If you are new to using Pilates equipment, a private lesson must be purchased separately. To schedule your private lesson, contact Jaclynn at JaclynnA@ApexPRD.org. For more information about our Pilates equipment intro lesson and group classes, reference our Intro and Group Class FAQ. We are now offering limited Pilates Equipment Introductory classes. Participating in our Pilates Equipment Introductory classes will help prepare you for our Pilates Equipment Beginner/Intermediate classes. Completing a separate private lesson is not required when registering for introductory classes. These classes are offered on a limited basis, based on our studio and instructor availability. A private lesson is still required if you cannot make our limited Pilates Equipment Introductory classes.
