Register for Pilates Single Class Sessions

Pilates Studio

Apex Park and Recreation District has a fully equipped group Pilates studio with six reformers, towers, chairs and small props.

Group Sessions

Group Pilates sessions are released two months in advance and follow a single-class registration model. Participants may register for the specific days, times, and class levels that best suit their schedules and fitness needs. Registration for the upcoming two months opens at 8 am on the first Wednesday of the second month before the session dates. For example, registrations for March and April classes open on the first Wednesday in January. Please note that make-up sessions are not offered for missed classes.

Pilates Equipment Introductory

An introductory Pilates equipment session designed for beginners. Sessions are in a non-intimidating environment. Instructors will take you through foundational exercises that introduce you to Pilates principles and teach you about the equipment's safety.

Pilates Reformer Beginner/Intermediate

This conditioning program uses spring-loaded equipment to provide resistance training. Pilates strengthens and lengthens muscles throughout the body while improving balance, stability, and posture. This beginner/intermediate class moves at a moderate pace and is suitable for all levels. Equipment includes the reformer, tower, chair and various small props.

Pilates Reformer Intermediate/Advanced

Pilates Reformer Intermediate/Advanced is a class that moves at a faster pace and introduces more advanced exercises using the reformer, tower, chair, and props. Expect standing equipment work to challenge balance and integrated movements for full-body strength. Experience Required: Extensive Pilates Reformer experience is strongly recommended - at least one year in reformer classes. Participants must be comfortable maintaining form and alignment during complex movements and with unsupported balance and stability.

Pilates Reformer Mixed Level

This class welcomes all experience levels, offering essential, intermediate, and advanced variations so you can progress at your own pace. Using equipment like the reformer, tower, chair and props, it delivers a full-body workout focused on form, alignment, and functional movement. Classes run at a moderate to fast pace with modifications available for limitations or injuries.

Pilates Reformer for Active Adults Ages 62+

Designed specifically for older active adults, this gentle Pilates Reformer class focuses on improving balance, flexibility, core strength, and overall mobility. Emphasizing controlled movement and mindful breathing, each exercise can be fully modified to match individual needs and comfort levels.
