Active Adult Programs

Apex Park and Recreation District offers a variety of Active Adult fitness and wellness classes and programs. Apex PRD is the proud host of several insurance-based fitness programs. If you’re a group retiree or part of a Medicare supplemental health plan, you may be eligible for SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, or Renew Active benefits. With these programs, you can attend drop-in fitness classes and receive free admission to district-wide recreation facilities, all the benefits afforded to Tier 1 pass holders. Eligible members of these programs have access to all the services and privileges that are normally included with our Tier 1 pass.
