Youth Fitness

Youths ages 10-15 must complete a youth weight room orientation with a certified personal trainer prior to using any of the equipment. Youths ages 10-12 may use only the cardio equipment. Youths ages 13-15 may use the cardio and strength equipment. A parent must be present at all times for youth ages 10-15. All youth weight room orientations are by appointment only.
