We offer an innovative personal training program to enhance fitness and lifestyle through results-oriented workout plans designed to help you reach your goals. All personal trainers have a nationally recognized certification. Flexible scheduling is available across the district. Adult Fees

1 session: Res. $51 (non-res. $56)

Active Adult (Ages 62+)/Youth (Ages 13-17) Fees

Group Training Fees (2-4, cost per person)

Personal Training ParQ

All new personal training participants must complete the Personal Training ParQ before starting a program.

The InBody 270 Body Composition Analyzer provides valuable scientific data about your body composition, including muscle mass, total body water, body fat percentage, muscle mass distribution, and basal metabolic rate. Body composition is unique to each individual, providing the most accurate data necessary to determine overall health and guide you in the best exercise program.
